It looks like ribbon candy. Deep, rusty reds with off white streaks cutting through it. It has a nice contrast, and I'm sure that contrast would make it easier to identify changing weather patterns.

I didn't know Jupiter could have colors like these on its planet, I wonder what is causing them? It would be neat to see a closer up photo of that area to see what's happening around there as it looks pretty as well!
Hmm I wonder what gasses are in this particular section. and is it a by product of the storm?
I think that this area would be really interesting to get a photograph of because of the contrast created by the bands found in this section. I'm really curious as to which features of the planet cause this layering.
I find this area fascinating! I think it looks awesome with the different layering and colors. It is also darker than some of the sections. I wonder what components make it darker than the other areas found on the planet.
The external features are so fascinating. I can only imagine how fascinating the makeup and internal features are!
The layers of Jupiter can teach us so much, good choice and nice name!
I too am attracted to things that look like candy and have good contrast. And yes, a better contrasted picture would make it easier to notice changing weather patterns. And with a darker color such as that there is likely more going on in that part of the planet; or at least something that can be differentiated from the rest.
This looks like a beautiful part of Jupiter, I wish it was a better resolution picture here but still looks like a very colorful and varied part of the surface.
Looks very interesting. And the name is cool!
Looks interesting, I agree this is a good spot to check out.
