Details from image PJ29_24. The area shown is centered near planetographic latitude 50 degrees north. Areas near this latitude have been especially photogenic in high resolution JunoCam images. The resolution of the images showing these northern latitudes is now even higher than during Juno's earlier orbits since the subspacecraft point at perijove has been gradually moving north.

In this image lots of obvious cloud shadows and vertical relief are visible. The clouds and hazes have various colors with the darker clouds usually at lower altitude than the brighter clouds.

The resolution is highest near the top (6-7 km/pixel). The contrast has been increased and small scale features sharpened. Special processing was also used to reveal subtle color differences more clearly.
